STEP 2 - Jaw -Tuck your chin in slightly and hold your lower jaw between thumb and forefinger. -Pressing down, slide your fingers upwards along your jawline, starting at your chin and ending under your ears. (Repeat 3 times). STEP 3 - Smile lines -Hold four fingers together, placing the index finger along the smile lines. -Move to the temples, opening the smile lines, palms flat on the cheeks and lift.
