The oil phase helps loosen and remove long-wearing pigments, while the water phase, enriched with a gentle cleansing agent, completes make-up removal. Biocils Waterproof leaves skin fresh and clean, with no greasy film. It provides express, comfortable make-up removal, suitable for all skin types.
