Taking care of our hands is part of our overall health and beauty ritual. Because they're always at the forefront of our lives, subjected to friction with the various elements we handle, especially the cold, and easily dried out because they've been washed too often.
So we need to nourish and moisturize them, with creams and lotions. But there's more to hand care than just applying a revitalizing cream and massaging them before wrapping them in warm gloves. There are also products to reduce the brown spots that appear over time, and solutions to smooth skin and reduce age wrinkles.
But all this is only effective if you adopt the right reflexes. Did you know that hydroalcoholic lotions considerably dry out your skin? That it's better to disinfect your hands, then clean them with greasy soap? Those little bottles we often slip into our bags are responsible for some of our problems, and even if moisturizers work miracles, changing your habits can also be a lifesaver.
Finally, you should also know that when you apply your skin care cream to your hands, you can put it on your nails and massage it in! Nails need to be nourished too, and taking advantage of this ritual to apply a dab of cream and massage it in will do wonders for your nails' hold and overall appearance.
Afterwards, whether you decide to apply nail varnish, henna or leave your hands adorned with their own beauty, it's up to you: but they'll be dazzlingly healthy!
