| Instructions for use | Khôl Couture is used like a pencil! Simply pull out the lead a few millimeters (no more than 3 mm) for a well-defined line. Application is quick, easy and precise: Like an eyeliner, it is applied along the upper lash line, from the inner corner to the outer corner. It glides inside the eye along the lower lashes, and is applied to the eyelid like a shadow. |
