As part of her beauty ritual, a woman washes her face before applying make-up. But while she rids her skin of the sebum accumulated during the night, she also deprives it of its protective moisturizing layer. After all, that's what sebum is for... So freshly cleansed, the skin will try to recreate its protective barrier, sometimes to excess. Depending on whether it's dry, oily or combination, you'll obviously need to choose a day cream that meets your needs. Finally, an anti-ageing cream may not be necessary at 20, especially as we can never say it often enough: the key to a youthful face is hydration!
